“Lastly, the 2013 Symmetry is a Bordeaux blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 4% Malbec and 4% Merlot. This is a suave, supple-textured wine with sweeter tannin, more forward personality, and loads of red and black currant fruit as well as some licorice and underbrush. It is a beauty.
