Bereche Champagne Reflet d’Antan 1.5 L Magnums

$199.99

My notes – a perpetual reserve “solera” style. So if I heard right, they started a solera 30 years ago of the basic non-vintage that they aged for five extra years in barrel. On the sixth year, they bottled 30% and topped it off with the current vintage. They then aged the bottles five additional years. So this is both a solera and long bottle age. It’s big, powerful, toasty rich, lots of brioche notes, massive. Like the best version of Bollinger RD that you have ever had (but at a much cheaper price). It’s one heck of a Champagne.
